Processing and Shipping Times
All regular orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time begins after your order is placed and payment is successfully received. During peak sales periods or in cases of low inventory, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you promptly via email.
Custom Order Shipping Times
Since custom orders require additional production and preparation time, the specific shipping time must be negotiated and confirmed separately between the buyer and the seller (Zonyin). Please contact us via email or WhatsApp before or after placing your order, and we will provide you with an accurate estimated shipping time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select and your delivery address. Please note that the following delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 5-7 business days
Zonyin is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or carrier issues.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be automatically calculated and displayed in your order total at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Certain promotional campaigns may offer free shipping, subject to what is displayed on the checkout page.
International Shipping and Customs Duties
We currently offer international shipping. For orders shipped to destinations outside of mainland China, the recipient may be required to pay import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid directly to the local customs authority or carrier by the buyer upon the package's arrival at the destination. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the relevant customs policies of your country/region before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us using the information below.
Address Errors and Lost Packages
Please carefully verify your shipping address when placing an order. If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with your neighbors, apartment front desk, or local post office/courier station. If the package is confirmed lost, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
