Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our beauty tools. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully. This policy applies to all products purchased through our Shopify store.

1. Return Policy for Non-Customized Products
For non-customized beauty tools, we offer the following return services:

• Return Window: You may apply for a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Return Conditions: Returned items must remain in their original condition and not affect resale value. Specific requirements include:
  ◦ The item is unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
  ◦ Original packaging, tags, accessories, and any free gifts are fully intact.
  ◦ Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is included.
• Returns for Non-Quality Issues:
  ◦ If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong item ordered), the return shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.
  ◦ Please keep the tracking number when shipping the item back so we can monitor the package.
• Returns for Quality Issues:
  ◦ If the product has a quality issue (e.g., damage, functional failure, significant mismatch with the description), please contact us via email first and provide relevant photos or videos as proof.
  ◦ Shipping Cost Handling: The buyer is required to pay the return shipping cost upfront. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the quality issue, we will provide a full refund for both the product price and the prepaid return shipping cost.

2. Return Policy for Customized Products
Due to the unique and personalized nature of customized beauty tools, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues.

• If a customized product has a severe quality issue or a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately.
• We will negotiate a solution with you based on the specific situation (e.g., free remake, partial refund, or repair). Direct return and refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timeline
• Return Inspection: We will complete the inspection of the returned item within 3 business days of receiving it.
• Refund Processing:
  ◦ Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  ◦ The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days.
• Shipping Cost Refund: If the return is due to a quality issue, the return shipping cost will be refunded along with the product price.

4. Important Notes
• Before returning an item, you must contact us via email at jason@zonyin.com to obtain the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed in a timely manner.
• The buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss of the returned item during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking receipt.
